Today I'd like to discuss the topic of selling your current home and buying a new home at the same time. Keep in mind that every person has a different ability to handle this type of transaction, both financially and emotionally.

Simple Search By School District or School


A common question that we get is "How can I easily search by school to see which homes are available for sale?".   We are happy to announce that it is very easy to do!

First, Navigate to our search tool by going to our homepage and hovering over the "Buying" drop down and clicking "How to Search".

 

Next, you'll click on "More Options" in the search bar and scroll down to "School District".

 

 

Type in the School's Name or District.  Choose the one you want from the drop down menu.

It’s a voluntary service contract between the buyer and the brokerage that outlines the duties that are owed to you as a client.
